What to Expect

Skills Bootcamps in Sustainability for Leaders are free to the learner courses, masterclasses take place weekly over the course of ten weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills.

The Skills Bootcamps are fully funded for learners and are part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life. They are designed to help teach and strengthen skills for anyone who wants to increase their business activity or up-skill in their current role, and grow and develop their business.

Who are Skills Bootcamps – Sustainability for Leaders for?

This course is for anyone from any background and stage in their life who wants to improve their knowledge and skills in Organisational Sustainability. These courses are designed for employees of any sized organisation looking to progress in the next step in their career, the self-employed looking to grow and develop their business, or those looking to boost their CV to improve their employability.

Eligibility

Learners must either currently work or intend to work within Devon on completion of the Skills Bootcamps. They must be 19 years or above and to have not completed any other Skills Bootcamps starting within the current financial year.

Sessions will be held mainly online but to help you get to know your tutors and fellow participants, we hold initial in-person sessions. If you are unable to make any of these sessions, we can provide hybrid learning and access to recordings.
